If you encounter an error during online purchases, your card may be locked. Here are the steps to unlock your card:
Through the BDO website at online.bdo.com.ph:
- Log in to your BDO Online Banking account.
- Click on "Card Security Management" at the upper right portion of the home screen.
- Slide the toggle button of the card you wish to lock or unlock.
- Click "Submit".
- You will receive immediate confirmation of your request.
- Click here to sign up for Online Banking.
Via the BDO Digital Banking app:
- Log in to your app.
- Tap on "More".
- Go to "Security Management".
- Slide the toggle button of the card you wish to lock or unlock.
