CC Card Activation Process

For New Cardholders:

  1. Receive your credit card plastic for your newly approved UnionBank Credit Card.
  2. Download the Unionbank Online app and register.
  3. Click the "Sign Up with my Existing Account" button, then choose "Credit Card".
  4. Input the required details and follow the next steps.
  5. On the Dashboard menu, click "Activate Card".
  6. Enter your 16-digit card number, Card Expiry Date, and Birth Date, and follow the next steps.

For Virtual Cards (Lazada and Playeveryday):

  1. Open the approval email (indicating your card reference number).
  2. Download the Unionbank Online app.

For New-to-Bank Customers:

  1. Select "create account".
  2. Enter the card reference number sent to your email.

For Existing Customers with UB Online accounts:

  1. From the dashboard, select "add account".
  2. Enter the card reference number sent to your email.
